Job role / responsibilities:

Assist in daily field operations related to cut foliage cultivation, including plant maintenance, harvesting, and quality control in line with export standards. Support supervision of field staff, monitor pests and diseases, and ensure proper use of agriculture inputs. Coordinate harvesting, packing, and transportation processes while maintaining accurate field records and following company health and safety guidelines.
