Network & Hardware Support: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and hardware configurations.

Systems Maintenance: Assist with the monitoring, upkeep, and basic troubleshooting of IP-PBX systems, POS terminals, and internal operational servers.

Technical Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve day-to-day IT support requests from various departments and handle guest-facing connectivity issues (e.g., Wi-Fi support) promptly.

System Administration: Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and maintaining inventory logs of all IT equipment and software licenses.

Data & Security: Ensure routine data backups are completed successfully and assist in implementing basic IT security protocols.
