Job role / responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients to generate sales and ensure long-term business partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tyre industry and other related sectors to achieve sales growth.
Meet departmental sales targets by planning, executing, and monitoring institutional sales activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, customer service, and operations) to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improving sales performance and expanding market share.

Required work experience:

Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in an institutional sale in the Tyre industry or any other related industry.

NVQ requirements / Preferred qualifications:

Possess Degree of a university or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institute. Preferable Age – between 25 to 40 years.

Required skills:

Good communication skills & interpersonal relationship skills.
Possess a valid driving license.
