Required work experience:
Qualifications & Professional Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. • Candidates with Science-based degrees are also encouraged to apply. • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields will be considered an added advantage. Experience Requirements • Minimum two (2) years of sales and marketing experience in the Maldives market. • Prior experience in marketing of building materials, hardware, or related industry is preferred. • Previous experience working in the Maldives, particularly in an expatriate capacity, will be an added advantage.
NVQ requirements / Preferred qualifications:
Required skills:
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills are desirable.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage market operations, as the position will initially function as a standalone role in the Maldives market.
Language & Communication Skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Dhivehi will be a distinct advantage.
