Required work experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools

NVQ requirements / Preferred qualifications:

• A Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Required skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you love connecting with people.
• A creative, proactive mindset; you see opportunities where others see obstacles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Sinhala and English; ability to communicate in Tamil is a big plus.
