The Capacity Building Training of Trainers (ToT) was conducted from April 23 to 30, 2026, at Sofia Colombo City Hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka!

 The program consisted of 5 sessions targeting Career Guidance Officers (CGOs) from all 9 provinces across the country, grouped by region for each session. Led by Master CGOs, the training aimed to strengthen practical skills in using the CareerOne platform and to transfer new career guidance methodologies learned during training in Korea. A total of 151+ participants completed hands-on practice covering four core platform functions: consultation records, event registration, OJT matching, and job matching. The ToT marks the completion of a nationwide capacity-building framework, establishing a sustainable system through which CGOs can independently guide TVET trainees toward employment.
