The Corporate Conference was held on June 2, 2026, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo!

The event brought together 187 participants from companies, government agencies, NAITA, TVEC, CGOs, and KOICA. The conference aimed to strengthen corporate engagement with the CareerOne platform by sharing project outcomes, introducing the role of NAITA Inspectors, and providing hands-on training in job vacancy and OJT registration. Participants learned how the platform functions as a national employment ecosystem — connecting companies directly with qualified TVET graduates through a Register-Develop-Connect-Monitor cycle. Two leading companies shared successful hiring case studies, demonstrating tangible benefits such as reduced recruitment costs, lower turnover, and improved workforce quality. Following the conference, platform activity increased significantly, with 23 new company registrations, 67 new job vacancies, and 34 new OJT postings recorded in June 2026.
